Nettles for Nettle SoupIngredients:

  • a box full of Nettles from your garden
  • about 3 Potatoes
  • a handful of any other leafy green that you can use

Method:

  1. Fry up the nettles until soft so that they lose their stings!
  2. Add about 100 ml of water.
  3. Peel and Chop the potatoes, and add them into the mix.
  4. Wash and chop the leafy greens and add them into the mix.
  5. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, and then serve next to a plate full of garden salad 🙂
