- a box full of Nettles from your garden
- about 3 Potatoes
- a handful of any other leafy green that you can use
- Fry up the nettles until soft so that they lose their stings!
- Add about 100 ml of water.
- Peel and Chop the potatoes, and add them into the mix.
- Wash and chop the leafy greens and add them into the mix.
- Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, and then serve next to a plate full of garden salad 🙂
