homemade pasta and new pizza cutter


Got gifted this awesome fixie pizza cutter – perfect for slicing up homemade pasta dough!

I always use 6 eggs and 600g flour with a bit of salt. leave it rest for at least 30 mins in the fridge before battering it with the rolling pin to get it flat enough.
